Terms and Conditions of Staying at River Side and Rewards Membership:
1. The Rewards structure is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at the River Side's discretion, with or without notice. The number of Points required to redeem any Reward may be substantially increased, any Reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any Reward or reward redemption may be imposed at any time.
2. Only individuals are eligible for "River Side Rewards Program", and each individual may maintain only one Membership Account/Card. Corporations and/or associated entities cannot enroll as Rewards Program Members. Such Corporations, and/or associated entities are eligible for "River Side Corporate Rewards Program".
3. No points can be earned if Hotels' service fee is paid by Member's inviting company. (Excluding global reservation systems, e.g. booking.com, Expedia, etc.)
4.Employees of River Side Hotel are ineligible to participate in the Rewards Program.
5. Accrued Points do not constitute property of the Member. Points accrued by a Rewards Program Member are for the Member's benefit only and may not be transferred to anyone.
6. You agree that under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, will River Side have any liability or responsibility whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental consequential, punitive or exemplary damages to persons, including without limitation personal injury, death, or property damage arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from staying at River Side Hotel Tbilisi, or membership or participation in "River Side Rewards Program" or use of Rewards/Benefites even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
