Earn 150 points per room per night when you stay in Superior type of room

Terms and Conditions:
1. The Rewards structure is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at the River Side's discretion, with or without notice. The number of Points required to redeem any Reward may be substantially increased, any Reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any Reward or reward redemption may be imposed at any time.
2. Only Corporations and/or associated entities are eligible for "River Side Corporate Rewards Program" and each such entity may maintain only one Membership Account/Card.
3. Points can only be earned if the Hotels' service fee is paid by the enrolled Member. (Company)
4. Accrued Points do not constitute property of the Member. Points accrued by a Rewards Program Member are for the Member's benefit only and may not be transferred to anyone.
5. You agree that under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, will River Side have any liability or responsibility whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against, any liabilityfor any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental consequential, punitive or exemplary damages to persons, including without limitation personal injury, death, or property damage arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from membership or participation in "River Side Corporate Rewards Program" or use of Rewards/Benefits even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
